All events are announced by our official mailing list. You can find the instructions on how to subscribe here.

Registration

In the emails you will find the link to the event page, which contains more information about the online registration. Registration usually opens five to ten days before the event takes place. You cannot sign up for the event any earlier or by other means.

Most events have a strict limit on the number of participants. Registrations are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Since some events may fill up very quickly, we recommend you to register as early as possible.

Priority

Registrations of IAESTE trainees and members will receive higher priority during the first 48 hours. After this period, the registration is open to everyone. Registrations will be checked for IAESTE trainee/member status.

Cancellation Policy

You can find the cancellation policy on the event page. It takes into account the expenses we already have prior to the event, e.g. accommodation and transportation bookings. If we do not have any notice from you, we count on your appearance.
