IAESTE
You will get a tutor to help you find accommodation and other questions. Before the trip, you will agree upon a meeting point where your tutor will pick you up and take you to your accommodation.
Employer
Please check directly with your employer whether someone will pick you up. If you have to find your way to your accommodation or the company itself, ask for directions. Arrange a time and a meeting place with the person who will give you the room key.

The following websites can be helpful for your accommodation search: flatfox.ch, wgzimmer.ch, ronorp.net or students.ch (the latter is only available in German and French). Feel free to also post in our Facebook group. Fellow interns will be happy to help you with tips and might even know about a free room. Also, it might be a good idea to place a search advertisement on websites.
Be aware that there are many suspect offers online. So be careful, for example when you are asked to pay money in advance and especially to bank accounts abroad. Make sure to have a signed contract first and check if the property exists and corresponds to the pictures.
