Friday
• Since 19:00 — Arrival at acommodation place
• 22:30 — Group dinner at the bunker

• 08:00–08:45 — Breakfast at the bunker
• 09:00 — Departure to Lugano (by public transport)
• 09:30 — Funicular to Monte San Salvatore
• 10:00–12:00 — Gentle summit walk & views over Lake Lugano
• 12:00–13:00 — Picnic lunch at summit or Parco San Grato
• 13:00–15:00 — Descent
• 15:00–17:00 — Free time in Lugano
• 17:00–19:30 — Dinner at a local pizzeria
• 20:00 — Free time (party)

• 10:00 — Departure to Agno
• 11:00–15:00 — Group stand-up paddleboarding lesson on Lake Lugano
