IAESTE invites you to join us for a day trip where we will visit key sites in St Gallen before heading to Switzerland’s most popular and largest public fair: OLMA!
We will start the day by going to the Weltkulturerbe Stiftsbezirk St. Gallen for a guided tour of one of the oldest and most beautiful libraries in the world that has origins dating back to the 8th century, followed by visiting the Cathedral of St.Gallen.
After a picnic lunch break we will stroll through and explore the old town before heading to OLMA. This year is the 82nd OLMA and this event is one of the biggest Swiss fairs! It hosts a huge range of topics, shows and events ranging from food and entertainment to knowledge transfer and tradition.
