Invitation to the IAESTE Summer BBQ

Dear IAESTE members

As every year, we would like to invite you to our IAESTE Switzerland Summer Event 2017. We will organize a BBQ in front of the ETH Alumni Pavillon in Zurich. This event will be a great opportunity to not only meet other Incoming Trainees and their employers, but also Local Committee members, IAESTE Alumni.

We’re looking forward to meet you and having a great BBQ together!

 

When?

The event will take place on Friday, 18^th of August 2017, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Where?

Alumni Pavillon ETH, Leonhardtstrasse 34, 8001 Zürich.

The easiest way is to take the Polybahn (https://goo.gl/maps/wv54YQ1JAcs) from Central. Get out on the top and go right; some signs will lead you to the right place. You can reach it also by foot in 10 Minutes from the main train station.

Food and Drinks

Food and Drinks will be sponsored by the National Office. We will also serve some vegetarian options, but please be responsible for your own dietary food, if necessary.

We reserve the right to prioritise IAESTE Switzerland affiliates during the first 48 hours of registration. If your registration is not among the first , it will be put on the waiting list.
