JUMP - The IAESTE Motivation and Training Seminar
| The Training and Motivation Seminar IAESTE JUMP has already been existing for many years and is becoming a "must" for IAESTE members, particularly new ones. The goal of this international meeting is to share IAESTE knowledge, to broaden the IAESTE network, to motivate IAESTE members and to make friends from all over the world. To reach this goal, interesting and interactive working groups, co-ordinated by experienced members are held as well as speeches, visits, and parties. |

| During the JUMP 2003 in France the meaning of the acronym JUMP was searched. The competition was won by IAESTE Switzerland with the following proposal: "Join Us to Motivate People". |
