IAESTE Lac Leman Weekend
July 10-11, 2010
Salut à tous !
IAESTE LC Lausanne has the pleasure to invite you to spend a weekend in one of the most beautiful areas of Romandie (the French speaking part of Switzerland). The breathtaking view of the mountains guarding the shores of the 'Lac Léman' and the UNESCO world heritage vineyards covering the hillocks neighbouring the city of Lausanne, are definitely a must see of Switzerland !
On Saturday, we'll start with a guided tour in Lausanne city centre, followed by lunch break on one of the city's green lawns :-) .Be prepared for the challenge, cause then the fun begins: sport session on the lake with initiation to kayak and windsurfing ;-). When no more energy is left, we go back to the hostel to get dry and ready for enjoying the evening at Lausanne's biggest festival !!!
On Sunday, we'll discover more of the wonderful Swiss Riviera during a trip to 'Château de Chillon', which we'll visit of course afterwards. Then we will make our way back to Montreux and take the boat back to Lausanne. Hopefully the weather will be sunny and warm so we can enjoy some swimming, sunbathing and relaxing at the beach....
