THE BBQ WON'T TAKE PLACE ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 5 DUE TO BAD WEATHER!!

 

Dear LCs and incoming trainees

Every year, the National Office in Zurich organizes a BBQ with all our LC members and the incoming trainees. From our roof you have a beautiful view over Zurich.

We are looking forward to meeting you and to have a nice BBQ together!

The BBQ will take place on Thursday, August 5. If the weather is bad, it won't take place at all.

When and where?

We'll inform you on Monday evening, Aug.2 if it will definitely take place or not. THE BBQ WON'T TAKE PLACE AT ALL DUE TO BAD WEATHER! We are sorry for that.

Where: at the National Office in Zurich, Weinbergstrasse 41, 8006 Zurich. You can take tram 6, 7 or 10 from the main station until the station "Haldenegg" or tram 15 from Bellevue or Central until "Haldenegg" too. The National Office is in the same building as Swiss Engineering (the entrance is exactely next to the tram station).

 

What to bring

The National Office will offer different salads and non alcoholic drinks. Please bring your own food to be grilled and if you want some alcoholic drinks, you have to bring them by yourself.

Registration

The maximum number of participants allowed for this event is 50 (including organizers and helpers) and the registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If your registration is not among the first 50, it will be put on the waiting list.
