The event calendar may change. New events may be added, events already in the calendar may be postponed or canceled.

Announcements and event web pages

All events are announced on the official mailing list only (instructions on how to subscribe, archive).

The web pages containing the details for the events are published as soon as the event planning is complete, typically a few weeks in advance. For smaller events that do not require a dedicated web page, all relevant information is posted on the official mailing list.

Registration

Registration for IAESTE events is done by filling out an online form which is only available during a predefined period (typically, 5-10 days before the event). Registration prior to this period or by other means, including e-mail, is not possible.

Most events listed on this page have a strict limit on the number of participants. Registrations for such events are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Priority

Registrations by IAESTE trainees and members will receive higher priority during the first 48 hours, when this period has elapsed, the registration is open to everyone. Registrations will be checked for IAESTE trainee/member status. Registrations by non-IAESTE affiliates entered within the first 48 hours will be put on hold, then put at the end of the participant list when the 48 hours are over.

Since the lists of participants for the most popular events may fill up very quickly, we recommend you to register as early as possible.
