Maybe you know the famous Swiss cheese called "gruyère"... But do you know that this name come from a medieval village in the canton of Fribourg?!?
The historical town of Gruyères stands on top of an isolated hill, in the foothills of an impressive mount, the Moléson. All around are green fields, mountains and cows...This fairytale landscape is a paradise for hikers or cyclists. And for the more curious, this traditional place is hiding some secrets about Swiss recipes: chocolate and cheese !
