LC Bern invites you for a refreshing summer event: Rafting on the Aare. Why? Well, we just bought a new boat…

Price

15 CHF (irrespective of public transport card)

A surcharge of 5 CHF for all non-IAESTE affiliates

The price of the trip includes:

Boat trip (Thun to Bern)
BBQ

Each participant will pay their food and drinks apart from what is included above. Each participant is responsible for their own train tickets.

BBQ has meat and vegetarian options. For vegan options or other special dietary needs, please contact the organizer in advance.

Meeting point

10:00 am at Thun main station, don’t forget to bring a FACE MASK for public transport. It is mandatory!

(you may also join in Bern at 9:30 to take the 9:40-train to Thun)

Cancellation

If for any sad reason you cannot attend, you will have to pay for the full fee unless you find a replacement by yourself.

By signing up for the event you’re accepting no liability from the neither party (organizers and IAESTE organization) in case of any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury.

The number of people already registered for this event is 26. The maximum number of participants allowed for this event is 20 (plus 1 organizers and helpers) and the registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to prioritise IAESTE Switzerland affiliates during the first 48 hours of registration. If your registration is not among the first 20, it will be put on the waiting list.
