BBQ

This event will take place as planned on 29th May!

The weather looks good so far and there's no total garuntee it is better other time. We'll do it as planned! IAESTE-ESN BBQ team will welcome you to the grill! Bring your best smile possible!

We will have a barbeque together with our partner organization ESN Zurich! This is a great chance to meet many other foreign students and trainees and the members of ESN and IAESTE.

When and where?

The event will take place on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at the "Irchel Park" in Zurich (tram stop "Irchel" or "Milchbuck"). This will replace our ordinary Weekly Meeting of that day. At about 18:00 we will meet and start with the barbecue. Here you can find a detailed map of the bbq place. The park is a part of the Uni Irchel Campus

For those who are not sure about finding us: we will have a meeting point at the tram stop Milchbuck at 18:00 and again at 20:00. From the main station take tram 7, 10 or 14 to go to Milchbuck. (Trams 7, 9, 10, 14 and Buses 69 and 72 stop at Milchbuck.)

What to bring

You have to bring your own stuff to be grilled. Bread, snacks, plastic plates, knives, forks and reasonable amount of softdrinks are prepared by IAESTE and ESN. Please bring your own beer (Please feel free to bring your own drinks including wine and softdrinks).

If you have any kind of sports equipment or if you play some musical instrument, please feel free to bring those along.

And your good mood, of course!

Please register on the ESN BBQ webpage so that we know how many people we can expect.

Weather

Since this is an outdoor activity, we'll decide if it takes place depending on the weather condition at 12:00 noon on the BBQ day, May 29th, and announce.
