BBQ on the roof

Dear LCs and incoming trainees

Every year, the National Office in Zurich organizes a BBQ with all our LC members and the incoming trainees. From our roof you have a beautiful view over Zurich.

We are looking forward to meeting you and to have a nice BBQ together!

If it's raining, the BBQ will take place on 14th August instead.

When and where?

The event will take place on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at the National Office in Zurich, Weinbergstrasse 41, 8006 Zurich. You can take tram 6, 7 or 10 from the main station until the station "Haldenegg" or tram 15 from Bellevue or Central until "Haldenegg" too. The National Office is in the same building as Swiss Engineering (in the ground floor, entrance side Sumatra-Str.).

We will start at 18:00, you can join us later too of course. If the BBQ will be postponed due to bad weather, we will write you an email on Wednesday evening, July 9, at the latest.

What to bring

The National Office will offer different salads and non alcoholic drinks. Please bring your own food to be grilled and if you want some alcoholic drinks, you have to bring them by yourself.

Registration

The maximum number of participants allowed for this event is 40 (including organizers and helpers) and the registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If your registration is not among the first 40, it will be put on the waiting list.
