Later Application (after 22.02.2012)

If you have missed the deadline or if you haven't got a traineeship in February, then you can still apply later on.

  • If you have already registered, you only have to send us an email with the job offers you're interested in. If you haven't registered yet, please select the respective offer numbers in the application form and also mention the number(s) in your email. IMPORTANT: now it's first come, first served, that means the first one who writes us, will obtain the traineeship if it's still free.

  • We will then check, if the mentioned offer is still available (After the regular application period the joboffers published are no longer reserved for Swiss student but availabe for all IAESTE member countries. The availabilities are then changing quickly).

  • Once registered with IAESTE you can always try to apply for new offers by email, in case you would not be lucky with your first choice.

  • After being informed that a traineeship has been assigned to you, you should send your application documents (Reminder) as soon as possible.

  • Your documents are beeing forwarded to your employer. We have to wait for his final decision then. Normally it will take about  three to eight weeks until we receive the employer's answer. After that you will receive the official acceptance papers for your traineeship.
