The Twinning started out of the blue but nevertheless we are happy to welcome Trondheim in Zurich on a hopefully lovely spring day.

Program

Friday, March 27

On the first day LC Zurich members are free to join us in the evening for dinner and for a drink later on. Before that the coordinator of the Twinning will arrange the necessary steps for depositing luggage and check-in.

  • Arrival of LC Trondheim
  • Depositing of the luggage
  • Check in at the several accommodation places
  • Exploring Zurich(wihtout LC Zurich)
  • Dinner at ?? (Cantine ETH?, time and place not set yet)
  • Having a drink at BQM (around 8 p.m.) and heading for nightlife in Zurich, of course everyone from the LC Zurich is welcome.

Saturday, March 28

On Saturday approximately 12 LC Zurich members will join us for the whole day.

  • Meeting at 10 a.m. at Treffpunkt HB
  • City-Tour (please choose one sight which you want to present: http://www.doodle.com/cfv76qebyaekdyrm )
  • Lunch at our private location (around 1 p.m.)
  • Followed by the Workshop
  • Dinner at the same location(aroud 7 p.m.)
  • Heading for nightlife Zurich (detailed party information will follow on short notice)

Sunday, March 29

  • Meet at Triemli at 9:45 a.m. for a walk up the Uetliberg
  • Eat lunch at Gmuetliberg restaurant
  • Visiting the famous Technorama in Winterthur in the afternoon (open till 5 p.m.)
  • Saying "Ufwiederluege" in Trondheim
(Information about the Cern follow soon, still not sure when they go, either monday or tuesday.)

Participation fee for LC Trondheim members

Assuming that all LC Trondheim members have to pay full price on the swiss traffic system (please tell me otherwise) the price is 100 CHF.

Included in the price is:

  • Transport Ticket for Friday (from the Airport)
  • Transport Ticket for Saturday
  • Lunch and Dinner on Saturday, as well as Beer and Drinks
  • Transport Ticket for Sunday
  • Lunch on Sunday and Entrance fee to the Technorama (Technical Musuem)

Participation fee for LC Zurich members

Each LC Zurich member is responsible for his own public transport ticket.

  • 15 CHF for joining on Saturday (Lunch and Dinner and Drinks)
  • +15 CHF if joining the Uetliberg and the following Lunch at restaurant Gmüetliberg
  • +20 CHF if joining for the Technorama

Registration

The maximum number of participants allowed for this event is 35 (including organizers and helpers) and the registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If your registration is not among the first 35, it will be put on the waiting list.
